Sushiro Sasebo Gobangai in Sasebo

A pretty fun experience at a really good price. Definitely one of my favourite sushi-trains in Japan and these particular chain has stores everywhere. There is a touch screens for ordering specialty items from the menu, which also alerts you to when it's about to arrive too. Great fun with a group but there is also individual seating available also.

Been here twice so far with wife and two kids and I absolutely love the place. The sushi is great and they do have a few alternatives available as well, tempura and noodles mainly. There are quite a few dessert choices and those don't disappoint either. My favorite thing, other then food quality and very polite staff, are the prices. Each time we went to this place we come out full and still the most I spent so far for a family of four was an equivalent of $26.

Not a bad spot to get a bite to eat. Simple dining at the typical sushi price, pay by plate.

Can't go wrong with this place. Great sushi collection that rotates depending on the season.

Great rotary sushi place. The computer to order from can be switched to English which comes in very handy. The busiest hours I've noticed is 12 pm and 5 pm.

Known commonly by locals as "Sushi-Go-Round" is a very friendly place that offers a variety of sashimi available. You get seated and order directly from there. Food comes around on a conveyor belt and if it's not yours and isn't reserved with a reserved plate you can pick it up and add it to your stack of plates! You pay after based on how many plates you had, and yes you can pay with card.

Always have a great time in Sushiro! It’s a fun experience for the whole family, large variety of dishes to please everybody, exciting deserts. Well thought out process- efficient and entertaining!

Always good, always busy. Best way to get all you can eat 100¥ sushi. Make a reservation ahead of time.

This place is always packed but there's a reason and the reason is the sushi is super delicious. You can order off a menu or use the conveyor but you'll probably want a reservation because of how popular it is. That or you'll have to be willing to wait quite awhile for a table. Regardless, this is literally my favorite sushi joint in the world.

Worst service EVER. Sat for two hours waiting to eat. The projected wait time was 70 minutes. But people with an app can get in ahead of us after I've been waiting for TWO HOURS!!!! It is ridiculously rude.

If you are alone or just two, go up to the counter. They will find a seat (seats) to squeeze you in. Food good, easy system, most of them are 100 yen. No complaints. Enjoy your sushi there!

As someone that doesn't speak japanese I highly recommend this place. This is considered average sushi in Japan. But you can't beat the price and this is better than anything I've had in the states. I always make it a priority to grab food here when my ships pull into sasebo.

Navy guys, tourists, and generally hungry folks this is the place to go. Sushi on a conveyor belt is a must see, plus, its fresh and really inexpensive!Tons of locals waiting to be seated to dine but the wait was surprisingly short. The Japanese wait staff will help you with being seated and the tablet ordering system is in English as well. Visa and MasterCard is ok, not American Express. Enjoy!

Great sushi and fun atmosphere

Excellent sushi go round. English options available, you can special order items from the computer at each table. Special orders come on special trays, your screen will alert you when it comes. Green tea powder and hot water is available at each table. Prices are per plate, roughly 100 Yen for regular plates. Non-fish items are available, but this is mostly for sushi.

Excellent low priced sushi. We’ve been going here for years and our kids love it (us too;-). Sometimes there’s a wait after about 1730, but there’s an app where you can put yourself on the waiting list before you get there.

Sushiro is a great place to get a quick bite to eat and at a very affordable price. Its probably best not to go during meal times because the place can be crowded.

Great sushi go round chain. Go in off hours so there is no waiting time since it is quite popular. Pumpkin tempura and salmon with basil are a amazing.

Standard nigiri runs 100 yen. It's a lot of fun. Highly recommend it. Friday nights can be crowded. You can make reservations with a sushi app.
